Then she gave him a serious look. Then she walked over to the door and examined her nails. "If you're not coming, I'd be glad to not be seen with a little kid. So please make up your mind!" She leaned over to look down the hall both ways, then looked back at Sheba. [/ul]

she said, smiling, as she was opening the driver's seat door. She sat down elegantly and put the key in the ignition. It sensed the key so the radio turned automatically. Almost magically a new song started right away; it didn't start in the middle of a song or when there was no music at all on. It just happened; too perfect. This was the song that just began: www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQ25-glGRzI[/ul]

before gazing absently off to the side. Dagger...He hadn't liked Sheba's girlfriend... Soon going mad from the radio, the blonde turned back to her. "So what school did you go to before you were shipped off to Rose?" His eyes had a slightly misted look to them--remembering had caused him yet more heartache. This new question was merely a distraction...[/ul]

She searched her mind. "Solem High? Yeah. That's the nearest school around here." She dabbed her cheeks with her manicured fingers, blending in the make up on her face. There was a song change to this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTyn6qkwo7Y She smiled. "Bad luck for you, I guess." Knowing already that Sheba hated this kind of music, she turned it up, giving a girly, "Woohoo!" as a car went by. [/ul]

came the pessimistic muttering. He was quiet for another moment, continuing to grimace at the feminist crap on the radio. Even Coldplay's better than this... Sheba thought, and smiled at the thought of Dagger staring wide-eyed in shock at this mental statement. "Are you always this bad of a driver?" Sheba suddenly snapped, closing his eyes and hoping that the squirrel who'd decided to cross the road just then had moved in time.[/ul]

My driving isn't that bad, she thought. She swished her hair back, wondering if there were any cops around here. I haven't seen one my whole LIFE come down this road. Why should there suddenly be one now? Minutes ticked by. Then Noel smiled as the Mall came into view. It was big. Super big. But no worries, she thought. I've been to every inch of this place." She pulled in and scanned the rows of cars for a parking space. Just her luck, a car from the front row just pulled out. She drove in with extra smoothness, mostly because her car was so expensive it was smooth in the first place, and shut off the car. She pulled her jingly keys out of the ignition and stepped out the car, her heels making a clook noise as they hit the ground. "Coming?" she asked. [/ul]
